Digital products such as downloadable guides or maps are delivered electronically after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned, all digital sales are final.
If you experience an issue with accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.
Print on Demand Products
Physical merchandise sold through Paranormal Lounge is made to order through a print on demand fulfillment partner.
Because items are produced specifically for each order, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue.
