Digital Products
Digital products, such as downloadable guides or maps, are delivered electronically after purchase. Once the order is completed, customers will receive access to download the file. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, these purchases are generally non refundable.
Print on Demand Products
Physical merchandise sold through Paranormal Lounge is produced and fulfilled through a print on demand partner. Each item is made to order.
Processing time typically takes 2 to 5 business days before the item ships.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location and the fulfillment partner’s production schedule. In most cases, delivery may take:
United States: approximately 5 to 10 business days after shipping
International orders: approximately 10 to 20 business days after shipping
